Not many of you might know , but there are 4 types of chocolate.
Alongside dark, milk and white chocolate , there’s also pink chocolate.
It is made of cacoa beans of Brazil Lavados, which can have a natural red-pinkish colour. The chocolate’s taste is described as “sweet yet sour” like fresh red fruit.
